About the role
The role involves delivering complete electrical design packages for greenfield and brownfield projects while ensuring compliance with international standards and hazardous area requirements. Responsibilities Lead electrical design activities from concept to detailed engineering Prepare and review SLDs, layouts, calculations, and design deliverables Design and specify electrical equipment, cable systems, lighting, earthing, and lightning protection Develop 2D/3D models using tools such as AutoCAD, SP3D, or equivalent Support procurement through specifications, datasheets, and technical bid evaluations Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality and schedule adherence Apply Now Requirements Qualifications : Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Experience with EPCs, design consultancies, or engineering service providers preferred Required Skills & Experience : 7 12 years of electrical design experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Process industries Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems and hazardous area design (ATEX/IECEx) Experience in brownfield/revamp projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, DIALux, ETAP, and 3D modeling tools Working knowledge of IEC, NFPA, IEEE, NEC, and related standards
