User Interface Architect

At Quantela, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the way cities are operated and managed by contributing to the development of autonomous cities. As a UI Architect, your primary responsibility will be designing and developing web-based front-end applications for enterprises. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a sound understanding of Object-Oriented JavaScript & Typescript concepts and debugging skills - Strong implementation & architectural design skills of BOTH client-side and server-side NodeJS/JavaScript (and related frameworks) based applications - Build reusable code and libraries for future use - Working experience with Angular (Preferably at least 3+ years experience in Angular 5 and above versions), HTML5, CSS3 - Recommend appropriate UI frameworks and controls, design and develop web applications based on a set of requirements - Set coding standards using best practices/principles and ensure adherence - Good understanding of UI best practices, RESTful services, Accessibility WCAG 2.0, etc. - Understand security models like OWASP standards - Be an evangelist, self-driven, visionary leader, and mentor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude - Preferably have product development experience Qualifications: - Extensive knowledge of Object-Oriented JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 - Extensive knowledge in Angular - Hands-on knowledge on ng-cli, ngrx, rxJS, and schematics - Hands-on experience in using template engines like Mustache / Handlebars / Blaze, etc. - Proficiency in Clarity CSS, SASS, and CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS, etc.) - Extensive knowledge in implementing responsive cross-browser user experiences - Extensive knowledge in Ajax, and consuming RESTful web services - Extensive knowledge in ES6 - Unit testing frameworks like Jasmine / Chai / Mocha / Karma - Performance evaluation using Chrome dev tools, etc., W3C standards - Understanding of the complete Technology Stack of the application (Integrations with downstream Applications/Services, Deployment, Cloud Infrastructure & Services, CI/CD pipeline) - Knowledge in design patterns on UI - Good to have knowledge of the Monorepo concept - Knowledge or experience working on enterprise-class applications - Experience working in an Agile environment Join Quantela to be a part of the team that is leading the way in optimizing urban infrastructure through data-driven recommendations and automation.
