About the role
We are looking for Immediate Joiners who can start within 015 days . Position: Senior Power BI Developer Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home) Working Hours: Starting from 4:00 PM Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs. - Build and optimize data models using star and snowflake schemas. - Perform data transformation using Power Query (M Language). - Connect Power BI with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, APIs, Excel, SharePoint, and other enterprise data sources. - Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues. - Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage Power BI Service workspaces. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to BI solution design. Required Skills - 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience. - Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Data Modeling. - Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases. - Solid understanding of ETL processes and performance tuning. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with Microsoft Fabric. - Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Azure SQL. - Microsoft Power BI Certification is an added advantage.
