Dotnet Technical Lead

As a product innovation company supporting the Transportation and Shipping industries, you play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying ERP Web Applications using ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/JQuery. Your responsibilities include: - Understanding business requirements and leading a team of engineers - Motivating team members, assessing performance, and providing help and training - Ensuring adherence to high-quality development principles and delivering solutions on-time and on-budget - Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems - Preparing reports, manuals, and documentation on software status, operation, and maintenance - Providing third-level support to business users and handling risks with mitigation strategies - Acting as an interface between the team and management and supporting the team manager in their absence Your primary skills should include: - 6+ years of experience in .NET Framework (C#.Net/ASP.Net) - Minimum 4 years of experience in Web Application development using ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery - Leadership experience with a team of 3-5 members for at least 2 years - Strong understanding of query writing and DB management for stored procedures/user-defined functions - Familiarity with project architecture and SDLC processes Your secondary skills should encompass: - Analyzing existing code, debugging, and developing products - Prior experience in AJAX, Crystal report, Infragistics grid and control - Proven track record of delivering on-time and with quality - Good unit testing skills for defect identification and resolution Desired skills include: - Experience in developing ERP applications or Database Intensive Data Entry applications - Knowledge of software development life cycle processes, configuration management, and version maintenance - Ability to write technical specifications and work with n-Tier architecture Your contribution to the team will be instrumental in driving innovation and digital transformation in the Transportation business.
