MERN Stack & Mobile App Developer

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack & Mobile App Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web and mobile applications from scratch. Key Responsibilities: Build scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack). Develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter for iOS and Android platforms. Design, architect, and integrate secure, robust RESTful APIs and third-party microservices. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and speed across web browsers and mobile devices. Write clean, well-documented, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into high-quality code. Manage version control using Git/GitHub and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the frontend, backend, and database layers. Preferred candidate profile Ideal Candidate Profile: Technical Stack: Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Mobile App Skills: Proven hands-on experience building mobile apps using React Native or Flutter. API Development: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT, and OAuth authentication mechanisms. State Management: Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or MobX. Database Management: Solid understanding of MongoDB schemas, indexing, aggregation pipelines, or relational databases (SQL). Tools & DevOps: Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Firebase is a big plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Portfolio: Candidates with live mobile apps on the Google Play Store / Apple App Store or active GitHub profiles will be highly preferred.
