Clinical QA Tester

Role: Testing Analyst / QA Analyst (Clinical Analytics Platform) Location: Nagpur / Pune, Maharashtra (Onsite Office) Duration: Fulltime Experience: 5 to 7 years ideally Working Hours: UK Shift (02.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST) Notice Period: Immediate joiners Job Summary: We are seeking a Testing Analyst with experience in testing clinical applications and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test scripts, performing regression testing, validating clinical data, and supporting AI-enabled documentation and code generation tools. Prior experience in clinical operations and healthcare platforms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts.Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.Validate data accuracy across clinical applications and analytics platforms.Test AI-enabled solutions including:Document generation toolsCode generation toolsNatural Language Processing (NLP) solutionsData entry automation toolsValidate patient narratives, clinical documentation, and SAP documents.Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.Collaborate with business users, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.Participate in UAT support and production validation.Prepare test reports and communicate testing status to project stakeholders. Required Skills: 37 years of QA/Testing experience.Experience testing Analytics Platforms.Strong experience in:Test case creationTest executionRegression testingDefect managementUnderstanding of AI-assisted applications, including:Document generation toolsCode generation toolsNatural Language Processing (NLP)Data entry automationExperience validating structured and unstructured data.Experience in JIRA and Test automation tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Clinical Operations or Life Sciences domain.Familiarity with clinical platforms and healthcare applications.Experience working with:Patient NarrativesSAP DocumentationClinical documentation workflowsKnowledge of GxP/CSV validation processes is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience with automation testing tools.SQL and data validation experience.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Team Structure: Offshore testing team comprising 6 Test Engineers.
