Company: Quantum IT Innovation Position: IT Business Analyst Experience Required: 1–2 Years Location: Remote / India Industry: IT Services – Mobile & Web Development & Digital Marketing About The Role We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in mobile and web application development projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from discovery to deployment. Key Responsibilities Define and analyze business requirements and propose suitable solutions for web and mobile application projects Handle requirement gathering, proposal writing, and client discussions Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS documents, UML diagrams, use-case diagrams, and DFD Conduct project scope analysis, feature extraction, and effort estimation Manage the discovery phase including wireframes and functional documentation Coordinate with development, sales, and marketing teams for project alignment Track project progress and ensure timely delivery with quality standards Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities Skills & Requirements 1–2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in IT services (mobile/web development) Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, and documentation processes Experience in requirement gathering and solution analysis Good understanding of UML, wireframes, and functional documentation Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to work in different time zones and coordinate with global teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Skills: wireframing,mobile,documentation,web,brd,it,software development life cycle (sdlc),sales,application,requirement gathering,innovation,frd
