We're building enterprise-grade software that matters — and we're looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. About the Role We're building the next generation of Pharmaceutical Quality Management Software — and we're looking for a Senior Java Developer to help us get there. You'll work on a growing suite of GxP-compliant modules used by regulated life sciences manufacturers globally. This is a high-ownership role where you'll develop enterprise-grade features, collaborate directly with domain experts in pharmaceutical QA, and ship software that directly impacts patient safety and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do Design and develop high-performance Java applications and RESTful APIs Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit and integration test coverage Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional Java development experience Hands-on experience with Spring Boot Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or similar) Proficiency with Git a Prior work on SaaS products What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to work on impactful, meaningful products Collaborative and growth-oriented team
