Lead Platform Engineer - Full Stack

You will be leading the Platform Engineering function at QubeLabs with full ownership to build and scale the ConX AI platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing a modular, configuration-driven SaaS platform, ensuring business logic reusability, and contributing to defining platform modules and services. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be developing web applications, building admin panels, and ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code. In the backend, you will design and maintain scalable REST APIs, implement authentication and access control, and build integration layers for various systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cloud infrastructure, deployments, and ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build a modular, configuration-driven platform architecture - Develop end-to-end web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB - Design and maintain scalable REST APIs - Own cloud infrastructure and application deployments - Work with AWS, GCP, or Azure - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, UI/UX designers, and founders Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer - Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB - Experience building SaaS or platform-based applications - Solid understanding of modular architecture and configuration-driven systems - Strong API design and backend scalability knowledge - Hands-on experience with DevOps and cloud deployments - Good Academic Background Good-to-Have: - Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures - Knowledge of feature flags, dynamic configurations, or workflow engines - Experience with real-time systems - Exposure to Agentic AI, LLM-based systems, or AI-driven platforms - Prior experience in enterprise or BFSI-grade systems Additional Details: QubeLabs is focused on building core product IP, not services or projects.
