Role Description The Data System Manager will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the school's data systems. Responsibilities include data analysis, ensuring data accuracy, training staff on system usage, and maintaining data security. The position also involves generating reports to support decision-making and providing solutions to enhance system performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis. Comprehensive experience in Data Management and ensuring data accuracy. Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to train staff effectively in system usage and functionalities. Technical proficiency in database systems and software tools relevant for data management. Demonstrated problem-solving and project management abilities. Knowledge of data security and regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is an advantage.
