Job Title SAP BW / SAP Datasphere IT Product Manager (812 years experience) Location [Pune/Hybrid] Department [AI & Data Tower: Analytics / Data & BI] Reports to Service Line Lead Role type Individual Contributor + Technical Leadership Job Summary The SAP BW / SAP Datasphere Technical Lead is responsible for end-to-end design, build, and delivery of enterprise analytics and data warehousing solutions on SAP BW and SAP Datasphere. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics needs into scalable models, data flows, and performant data products, while enforcing engineering standards, ensuring data quality and security, and guiding a team of developers/analysts through successful implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP BW/Datasphere solutions to meet business requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the development and maintenance of data models, data flows, and ETL processes within SAP BW/Datasphere. Ensure the integrity, quality, and security of data throughout the data lifecycle. Manage team of SAP BW/Datasphere developers and analysts. Coordinate with other IT teams to integrate SAP BW/Datasphere with other enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BW/Datasphere. Develop and enforce best practices and standards in analytics space. Prepare and present project status reports to key stakeholders.
