About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide Workday solutions. Acts as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership, defining architecture strategy, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions, and driving digital transformation initiatives leveraging the full Workday platform. Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end Workday solution architecture across multiple modules Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Workday solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards Lead large-scale Workday implementations and transformation programs Act as trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders and leadership teams Drive solution design, architecture governance, and design authority reviews Define integration architecture (APIs, middleware, PECI, Core Connectors, Studio) Oversee data architecture, Prism Analytics strategy, and reporting frameworks Establish best practices, standards, and governance models Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and innovation within Workday ecosystem Review and approve solution designs, configurations, and technical deliverables Mentor senior consultants and leads (L3) across functions Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness across solutions Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Workday / enterprise HCM / ERP solutions Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules (HCM, Integrations, Payroll, Talent, Analytics) Strong experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale implementations Proven ability to lead complex transformation programs Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, and data frameworks Experience in client advisory and executive-level engagement Bachelors/Masters degree (Engineering / IT / Business or equivalent) Preferred Qualifications Workday certifications Exposure to cloud and digital transformation strategy Strong understanding of AI, automation, and analytics within enterprise systems Experience across multi-country/global Workday deployments Key Performance Indicators Enterprise solution quality and scalability Success of large-scale implementations (on-time, within scope) Stakeholder satisfaction (executive-level feedback) Architecture governance adherence and compliance Innovation and transformation impact (automation, AI adoption) Reduction in rework and technical debt Team capability building and mentorship outcomes Competencies Enterprise Architecture & Strategy Cross-Module Workday Expertise Integration & Data Architecture Strategic Thinking & Innovation Stakeholder Advisory (Executive Level) Governance & Risk Management Leadership & Capability Building (Note : JNTU &Osmania University do not apply) Roles and Responsibilities Leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide Workday solutions.
