SRE -Site Reliability Engineer II

Required Work Experience: 4+ years of experience with enterprise APM tools, including deep administrative experience with Dynatrace (managing One Agent, ActiveGate, and custom workflows). 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Observability Engineering. 2+ years of experience designing and implementing monitoring for cloud-hosted environments (Azure or GCP preferred). Working experience building robust automation solutions using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell). Proven experience setting up end-to-end monitoring for middleware infrastructure, databases, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional agile environment. Preferred Work Experience: Active certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Dynatrace, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, etc.). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Working experience building CI/CD pipelines and using version control systems (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins). Deep understanding of Linux/Windows systems administration and networking principles. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to microservices architecture. Exposure to log management tools like Splunk, Opsramp.
