The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Role and ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of Zephyr RTOS porting and application developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best and train new team mebers in Zephyr OSProvide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Technical SkillsProven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects involving Zephyr RTOS related developmentStrong programming skills in CVery good knowledge of steps involved in porting Zephyr OS to a new platformExperience developing device drivers for Zephyr OSVery good knowledge in configuring and customizing Zephyr Kernal for different platformsExcellent knowledge of different processor architecturesAbility to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Desired SkillsDevelopment experience with Bluetooth, BLE or WiFiKnowledge of C++/Python developmentQualificationsBachelors in Elecronics, CS or Related field with minimum 10 years of experience or Masters with minimum 8 years of experience Quest Global is an organization at the forefront of innovation and one of the worlds fastest growing engineering services firms with deep domain knowledge and recognized expertise in the top OEMs across seven industries.
