Role Summary
Lead software and cybersecurity management within project management for an entry-tier automotive infotainment program. The role owns ASPICE compliance, CSMS and SUMS, and UNECE R155 and R156 implementation and verification, while bringing Android platform depth to an Android-specialized program, and covers hands-on cybersecurity support tasks including software change and risk analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive project management focused on software development and process optimization, including reviews and ASPICE compliance.
• Conduct software change analysis and software risk analysis.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance (CSMS, SUMS) and active implementation and verification of UNECE R155 and R156.
• Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, product teams) and support CI/CD.
• Apply Android platform knowledge (AOSP, AAOS architecture, Linux and BSP) and coordinate GAS impact with Android architects.
• Apply AI tools for software optimization (code review, cybersecurity analysis) with the software supplier.
• Monitor and enforce program compliance rules.
Work Experience Required Skills
• 8+ years in automotive software project management, including cybersecurity and process compliance.
• Strong ASPICE, CSMS, SUMS and UNECE R155/R156 knowledge.
• Android platform depth: AOSP, AAOS architecture, embedded and middleware, Linux and BSP.
• CI/CD (GitLab CI), Git and Gerrit; CAN, LIN and Ethernet basics.
• Methodology breadth: Prince2, PMI, IT4IT, ITIL, DevOps, Scrum, SAFe.
• English at B2 or above.
• Tools and systems: AOSP and AAOS, Linux and BSP; Git, Gerrit and GitLab CI; static analysis and code-review tools; ALM (Codebeamer); ASPICE and cybersecurity (CSMS, SUMS) tooling; defect tracking (JIRA).
Good to Have
• GAS integration experience.
• AI-assisted code review or cybersecurity tooling.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
