Role Summary

Lead the onsite infotainment system test team and act as the single delivery and coordination contact for the customer across all test cycles on vehicles and test benches.

Key Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end planning, execution and reporting of system test cycles across infotainment control units and vehicle architectures.

● Serve as the customer-facing contact for test scope, priorities and escalations, and coordinate with the customer test managers of individual projects.

● Consolidate test results, top defects, blocking points and escalations into the agreed cycle report within the defined turnaround.

● Manage team capacity, substitution cover and ramp-up to full-service coverage.

● Govern defect quality and the fix-verification turnaround against agreed service levels.

Work Experience Required Skills

● Proven leadership of automotive infotainment or embedded system test teams.

● Strong grasp of the V-model, ASPICE-aligned test processes and the defect lifecycle.

● Knowledge of automotive architectures and networks (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).

● Tools and systems: JIRA, Codebeamer, DOORS, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI for reporting; group defect tracking system and release management system accessed through the customer portal.

Good to Have

● Exposure to ISO 26262 and UNECE R155 and R156 (CSMS and SUMS) context.

● Familiarity with Android-based infotainment platforms (AAOS).

Education

Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, computer or automotive engineering, or equivalent.
