Job Requirements Objective

Computer aided Design Administrator is primarily responsible to administer the 3D model execution tasks and maintaining the integrity of the Database throughout the project as per requirement with minimal supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Setting-up of Aveva E3D Projects Libraries / Project folders / PML libraries and all the common setups in the server. • Setting-up & Initializing Aveva E3D/PDMS Global Projects at Hub & Satellite as a Global Administrator. • Creation of Aveva E3D projects, Users, Teams, Catalogs, Databases, MDB’s (Multiple Databases), roles, scopes and ACR’s (Access Control Rights) for the project setup and initialization. • Aveva E3D Catalogues and Specifications administration in Aveva E3D Catalogue module. • Customization of UDAs in Aveva E3D Lexicon module. • Familiar with E3D multi-disciplinary supports customization. • 2D Draft Administration of all disciplines in Aveva E3D Draw module. • Isodraft Administration of Isometrics. • Interact directly with users/ discipline leads and document requirements and special needs related to project designs and needs.

Work Experience Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent/ Diploma in Engineering with minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Aveva Administrator.

Competency Requirements

• Familiar with the Detail Engineering workflow. • Familiar with International Codes and Standards. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively function in a team environment. • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
