［業務内容］Key Responsibilities

試作ロット流動のキャパシティー向上に向けた、生産技術業務および装置導入・プロセス改善の推進を 担当

1. 試作流動キャパシティー向上に向けた新規装置検討・導入 ・ 試作ロットの処理能力向上を目的とした新規装置の選定・評価・導入を実施 ・ 現行プロセスのボトルネック分析を行い、最適な設備構成・運用方法を検討 ・ 装置仕様検討、導入計画立案、立ち上げまでの一連の業務を推進
2. プロセス条件出しおよび評価業務（実験支援） ・ 装置導入およびプロセス最適化に伴う各種条件出し（DoE等）の実行・支援 ・ 実験データの取得・整理・可視化（歩留まり、処理能力、品質指標 等） ・ 評価結果の取りまとめおよび、要因分析・考察の補助
3. 複数装置・案件の同時推進におけるPMO業務 ・ 複数の装置検討・試作案件を横断的に管理（進捗・リソース・課題） ・ 関係部門（開発、品質、製造、外部ベンダー等）との調整・コミュニケーション ・ スケジュール管理、課題管理、意思決定支援などプロジェクト推進業務
4. 業務の構造化・標準化・効率化推進 ・ 試作流動や装置評価に関する業務プロセスを整理・構造化 ・ 共通化可能な作業の抽出と標準手順化、効率化の推進 ・ 属人化業務の可視化および再現性の高い運用体制の構築
5. 技術ナレッジの蓄積・体系化 ・ 装置評価、条件出し、トラブル対応で得た知見の整理 ・ ドキュメント化 ・標準作業手順書・ガイドラインの作成と継続的改善 ・ 技術資産としてのナレッジ共有・展開による組織力向上

Responsible for production technology operations, equipment introduction, and process improvement to enhance the capacity of prototype lot flow.

1. Consideration and introduction of new equipment to improve prototype fluid capacity ・ Selecting, evaluating, and introducing new equipment aimed at improving the processing capacity of prototype lots ・ Bottleneck analysis of current processes to determine optimal equipment configuration and operation methods ・ Promote the entire process from equipment specification review and introduction planning to launch.
2. Process conditioning and evaluation tasks (experiment support) ・ Execution and support of various conditions (such as DoE) related to equipment introduction and process optimization ・ Acquisition, organization, and visualization of experimental data (yield, processing capacity, quality indicators, etc.) ・ Compile evaluation results and assist with factor analysis and consideration
3. PMO operations for simultaneous promotion of multiple devices and projects ・ Managing multiple equipment reviews and prototype projects across the board (progress, resources, issues) ・ Coordination and communication with related departments (development, quality, manufacturing, external vendors, etc.) ・ Project promotion tasks such as schedule management, issue management, and decision support
4. Promotion of business structure, standardization, and efficiency ・ Organizing and structuring business processes related to prototype flow and equipment evaluation ・ Extraction of tasks that can be standardized, standardized procedures, and promotion of efficiency ・ Visualization of personalized operations and establishment of highly reproducible operational systems
5. Accumulation and Systematization of Technical Knowledge ・ Organizing and documenting insights gained from equipment evaluation, condition setting, and troubleshooting ・ Creation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures and guidelines ・ Enhancing organizational strength through knowledge sharing and deployment as a technical asset
