About the role
Job Requirements
• As a component owner, execute Engineering Design & Detailing for the Electrical Cabinets with respect to the Design Standards for various International Projects. • Perform various Design Calculations and extensive Design Reviews in front of Chief/Principal Engineers. • Prepare Bill of Materials, Electrical Schematics, Panel Layout and Wiring Diagrams. • Select wide range of Components (relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, etc.) based on applications and standards • Support Panel Fabrication, Assembly, testing, and troubleshooting during production and commissioning. • Co-ordinate with various Cross Functional Teams/Departments to release the design • Provide end to end solution for all kind of fleet & manufacturing issues
Work Experience
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE/EEE only). • 10 to 12 Years of Experience as Electrical Engineer & in depth knowledge on Electrical Cabinets Design. • Experience/Knowledge on International Design Standards (UL508A, NEC, IEC, BIS etc.) • Experience in various kind of Design Reviews (PDR/CDR/DDR/SDDR etc) • Hands on experience in all kind of Design Calculations • Experience/Knowledge on the latest ePlan Electric P8 software & very good understanding on the schematics. • Having experience in OEM (Wind Industry) or Manufacturing or Shop floor design is an added advantage. • Knowledge about at least one Product Lifecycle Management. • Knowledge on Wind Turbines – Awareness on major components & Working procedure • Strong Commitment towards work & very good communication skills • Good capability over handling high pressure & complex activities.
