［業務内容］Key Responsibilities
RDLインターポーザ/樹脂パッケージの設計業務をお願いします。主な業務は下記です。 • 資料の不備がないか確認 • 概略仕様の理解、工数の試算 • EDA初期設定（テクノロジー設定、デザインルール設定など） • EDA設定の変更（層数変更、デザインルール変更、ライブラリー更新） • ライブラリー作成 • 外形、禁止領域などの作成 • 配置・配線 • DRC、LVSの実行 • 製造製チェック • パネル面付けデータの作成 • 加工図面作成 • 設計結果報告書の作成 • EDAデータのバックアップ、ファイル整理、保管作業 • その他、上記に付随する付帯業務
You will be responsible for the design of RDL interposers and resin packages. Our main duties are as follows. • Checking for any missing materials • Understanding the general specifications and estimating workload • Initial EDA setup (technology settings, design rule settings, etc.) • Changes to EDA settings (layer count changes, design rule changes, library updates) • Library creation • Creation of outlines, prohibited areas, etc. • Layout and wiring • Execution of DRC and LVS • Manufacturer inspection • Creation of panel imposition data • Creation of machining drawings • Preparation of design outcome reports • Backup of EDA data, file organization, and storage tasks • Other ancillary services related to the above

Work Experience ［応募条件］ Requirements
■必須要件■ Must Have ※経験年数：5年程度 • プリント基板やパッケージ基板の設計経験がある方 • 設計用EDAのオペレーション経験が豊富な方 • Excel: office365の利用経験 • その他: Cadence Allegro/APD または 図研 CR-8000 DFM Center/Design Forceのオペレーション経験
• Required years of experience – 5 years • Experience in designing printed circuit boards and package substrates, extensive experience in EDA operations for design • Excel: Experience using Office365 • Other: Operational experience with Cadence Allegro/APD or Zuken CR-8000 DFM Center/Design Forces
■尚可要件■ Good to Have • 研究や評価目的のTEG基板などの設計経験がある方 • 指定された要件を満足するだけでなく、効率よく設計するための検討・提案などのできる方
• Those with experience designing TEG substrates for research • Evaluation purposes Must be able to not only meet the specified requirements but also consider and propose designs efficiently
■語学力■ Language Skill • 英語‐ 英語の技術ドキュメントを読んで内容が理解できる（翻訳ソフトなどの併用可能） • 日本語‐ JLPT N2 以上
• English – Able to read and understand English technical documents (translation software can be used in combination) • Japanese – JLPT N2 or above
