Job Requirements Looking for C# WPF Lead Engineer with 6-8 years of experience Work Experience Job Description: Lead Engineer - WPF Role Summary We are seeking an experienced WPF Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of Desktop applications. Candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET, MVVM architecture, and desktop application development, along with proven leadership experience in delivering scalable and user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex desktop applications using WPF and C#. Define software architecture and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using WPF, XAML, and MVVM patterns. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Drive technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor development teams. Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and responsiveness. Integrate desktop applications with backend services, databases, and third-party systems. Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues. Participate in release planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities. Ensure application quality through unit testing, automation, and CI/CD practices. Exposure in Agile Scrum Required Skills & Technologies Strong programming experience in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 6+. Extensive experience in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). Advanced knowledge of XAML development. Strong understanding of MVVM architecture. Experience with data binding, commands, styles, templates, and custom controls. Working knowledge of SQL Server and database design concepts. Experience with Entity Framework Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Enterprise Software domains.
