Mechanical Design, process & PLM support engineer

Job Requirements Mechanical Design, process & PLM support for PMC-Hgas Project Understand the available physical product architecture by reverse engineering and do the comparison with the design documents like assembly, sub assembly and part etc. Understand the existing product Process flow map / SOW and help manufacturing team to setup the production line by creating the updated process/ SOW map. 2D/ 3D model Creation / conversion using the Creo software. Review existing / make the DFMEA, PFMEA, Control plan etc for the list of products Test plan and test report preparation Supplier DFM, FAIR review and provide technical support to supplier to manufacture the plastic, sheet metal and machined parts. Process equipment design review for the line setup. Design support for fixture design/ part design for the line setup Co-ordinate with the product manufacturing and the line set up team to provide the required support. Design and process documentation Education: Diploma or BE Mechanical Experience: 6 to 8 years Salary: 7 to 9 LPA Position – 1
