Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Playwright to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern testing tools, scripting, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automation frameworks using Playwright

Lead test automation strategy and implementation

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for CI/CD integration

Ensure end-to-end test coverage (UI & API)

Mentor junior team members and drive best practices

Analyze defects and support release quality assurance

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Playwright (JavaScript / TypeScript preferred)

Experience with test frameworks like Jest / Mocha

Good understanding of web technologies and API testing

Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins

Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cross-browser testing (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit)

• API testing knowledge (Postman, REST APIs)

• Experience with cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)

• Knowledge of performance testing tools

• Exposure to BDD frameworks like Cucumber

• Nice to Have

• Experience in Docker-based test execution

• Knowledge of accessibility and security testing

• Basic understanding of DevOps practices

• Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
