About the role
Job Requirements Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collect, validate, and organize process operating data from refinery and petrochemical units. • Analyze key process inputs including pressure, temperature, flow, composition, AIT, flash point, H₂S and ammonia concentration, and other safety-critical parameters. • Support corrosion rate estimation and material degradation assessments for equipment, piping, and pipelines. • Work closely with process, materials, and reliability engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and clarity. • Understand technical summaries, data sheets, and engineering documentation as per workflow requirements. • Participate in review meetings and provide support to clients
Work Experience Required Skills (Technical Competency):
• Strong understanding of refinery and petrochemical unit operations. • Analyze key process inputs including pressure, temperature, flow, composition, AIT, flash point, H₂S and ammonia concentration, and other safety-critical parameters. • Support corrosion rate estimation and material degradation assessments for equipment, piping, and pipelines. • Ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, and equipment design documents. • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to handle and analyze large datasets. • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills. • Attention to detail and strong data discipline. • Team-oriented with good coordination skills. • Ability to work under minimal supervision while delivering high-quality output.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Chemical Engineering • Minimum 1 year of work experience in any manufacturing facility (Continuous process) - Refinery/ Petrochemicals/ Fertilizers/ Chemicals background is preferred.
