About the role
Job Requirements Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understand engineering documents as per workflow requirements. • Collect, validate, and organize process operating data from refinery and petrochemical units. • Experience in data collection and analysis utilizing process historian software (PI System, CREDO,PRO-II,PDMS, and XHQ/Seeq etc.) • Analyze key process inputs including pressure, temperature, flow, composition, AIT, flash point, H₂S and ammonia concentration, and other safety-critical parameters. • Understand technical summaries, data sheets, and engineering documentation as per workflow requirements. • Participate in review meetings and provide support to clients
Work Experience Required Skills (Technical Competency):
• Good understanding of refinery and petrochemical unit operations. • Ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs, datasheets, and equipment design documents. • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to handle and analyze large datasets. • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills. • Attention to detail and strong data discipline. • Team-oriented with good coordination skills.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Chemical Engineering • Minimum 2 years of work experience in any manufacturing facility (Continuous process) - Refinery/ Petrochemicals/ Fertilizers/ Chemicals background is preferred.
