About the role
Job Requirements Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Embedded Electronics Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of embedded systems and hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design and system integration, with a proven ability to drive innovation and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in embedded systems design and development.
Mandatory skills
• Experience & expertise in hardware architectural design of complex Industrial communication embedded products. • Experience in Microcontroller and Microprocessor architecture (ARM, PIC, STM32, etc.) based design. • Designing and developing high-speed interfaces like DDR4 / LPDDR4, Ethernet (RGMII), and USB 3.0, eMMC. • Experienced in DC/DC Buck converter, PMIC, LDO design • Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity, and power management. • Experience with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet. • Design knowledge in different wireless communications like 5g/4g/Lte, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and LoRa • Hands-on experience in schematics and layout design tools like PADs, OrCAD Capture, PCB Editor, Allegro. • Knowledge of EMC/EMI regulations and design techniques. • Knowledge of DFMEA, DFA, DFM and DFT. • Selecting appropriate components based on performance, reliability, and cost constraints, and managing the Bill of Materials (BOM). • Experience in finding component alternates and obsolescence management. • Developing and executing test plans, performing hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation. • Technical design documents creation. • Hands on experience in using measurement tools like power supply, DSO/MSO, Logic Analyser, signal generator etc. • Understanding of the hardware development life cycle
Nice to have skills:
• Knowledge on Simulation and Signal Integrity
• Knowledge on Firmware (C/ C++)
Work Experience Responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ensure that all deliverables are completed in a timely manner. • Experience in leading and mentoring junior engineers. • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including firmware, mechanical, layout and manufacturing teams. • Highlight issues well in advance and lead efforts to fix the issues • Coordinate testing activities with other teams • Ensure product performance meets engineering and product specifications
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IoT systems, wireless communication (BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee). • Exposure to Agile development methodologies. • Experience in product certification processes (EMI/EMC, CE, FCC).

• Good communication (written and verbal) skill in English, Chinese • Shall know to Indian language Hindi/ Tamil/ Malayalam
