About The Role We are seeking an experienced Python Lead who will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high‑performance applications built using Python. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development skills, solid understanding of backend architectures, and the ability to guide and mentor teams in delivering quality solutions. This role demands technical leadership, sound decision-making, and close collaboration with product, architecture, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment. Work Experience Required Technical Skills Core Backend Python Django / Flask / FastAPI RESTful API development Architecture & Integration Microservices architecture Message queues / event-driven systems Databases Relational DBs (PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server) NoSQL DBs (MongoDB, Redis, etc.) Cloud & DevOps Azure or AWS CI/CD pipelines Docker (basic Kubernetes exposure preferred) Professional Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Sound technical decision-making ability Leadership and mentoring mindset Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills Delivery-focused with a sense of ownership Ability to adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience with asynchronous processing Exposure to frontend frameworks or full‑stack development Familiarity with security best practices and secure coding standards Prior experience leading teams of 4–8 engineers
