Tableau BI Developer

Role Overview: As a Technology and Solution Delivery professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering analytics solutions that are integrated with the corporate Data Platform. Your role will involve managing data flows, ensuring data quality, and creating actionable insights for business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to meet complex business requirements. - Data Modeling & ETL: Create data models, manage ETL processes, and perform SQL querying for data extraction and transformation. - Solution Delivery: Work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop custom charts and reports. - Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboard performance and data queries for efficient reporting. - Support & Maintenance: Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing for existing reports. Qualifications Required: - Experience: You should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting. - Tools: Strong proficiency in Tableau (Tableau Desktop/Server) and SQL. - Technical Skills: Strong experience in data mining, data security, and performance tuning. - Data Warehousing: Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes. - Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
