Job Requirements Designation: DFT-Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Lead
Experience: 10 -15 years
Location: Bangalore
Work Experience DFT - SSN | Scan | ATPG | MBIST | GLS | SDC |
Must have lead at least one SoC project end to end starting from DFT RTL insertion till Tape Out and Post TO Activities
Must have SSN experience for minimum of 2 Blocks/Partitions
