About the role
Knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, HTML, Bootstrap Strong understanding and working knowledge of complex database Job Responsibilities: Project Development Design and develop technical solutions to build new or enhance existing software in accordance with departmental development standards meeting business needs Methodology involvement by continuous monitoring and improvement for better delivery Supporting initiatives to improve existing technology and tools used in the organization Direct responsibility for all the training activities conducted under each area (regular training program, campus program, student projects) Activities include technical counseling, conducting classes, supervising, evaluations, training and mentoring junior trainees etc
