About the role
You are an experienced Technical Program Manager responsible for leading large-scale technology initiatives across Engineering, Product, Data, and AI teams. Your role involves partnering with various teams to drive alignment and execution, managing program risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder communications, and ensuring the successful execution of cloud, data, platform, and AI-related initiatives. You will also facilitate cross-functional planning, release management, and prioritization activities while driving Agile program execution across multiple teams using Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage program risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder communications. - Drive Agile program execution across multiple teams using Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban methodologies. - Facilitate cross-functional planning, release management, and prioritization activities. - Ensure successful execution of cloud, data, platform, and AI-related initiatives. Qualifications: - 9 to 13 years of overall experience with significant exposure to Technical Program Management. - Strong experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, and Stakeholder Management. - Hands-on experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices. - Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams. - Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills. The preferred background for this role includes experience as a Software Engineer, Application Developer, QA Engineer, SDET, or Technical Engineer. A strong technical foundation is highly preferred. It is good to have exposure to enterprise data platforms and cloud-native solutions, experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments, familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI/ML-driven products, and experience working with highly scalable distributed systems and large-scale cloud, data, and AI transformation initiatives.
