Your role We are looking for a Team Leader to join the DevOps team in Atlas Copco Group GECIA. This is a pivotal role within the engineering department, overseeing the DevOps and Azure Cloud teams. This individual will be responsible for steering the team towards operational excellence, fostering business growth, and providing technical guidance. The Team Leader ensures the seamless integration of DevOps processes and tools across cloud-based and on-premises environments. The Role Lead the DevOps and Azure Cloud teams, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Drive business growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to align DevOps strategies with organizational objectives. Provide technical leadership in all aspects of DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automation, and cloud services. Ensure the team s proficiency in a wide range of DevOps tools and processes, both in cloud settings and on-premises setups like Jenkins, Docker, BitBucket, GIT, Artifactory, Azure and similar CI/CD (Open Source) tools. Conduct feasibility studies and proof of concepts to ensure the DevOps processes are up to date with latest best practices. Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions. Coordinate efforts within own team and immediate team members. Understand and follow engineering conventions, architectures, and best practices; implement current conventions where necessary, teaching those methodologies to more junior members of the team. Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality standards. Act as the subject matter expert for area of assignment. Advise and mentor more .
