About the role
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. Ensure adherence to deadlines while working on flexible schedules. Collaborate with the team to design user-centric interfaces. Incorporate SEO strategies and analytics to optimize website performance. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth functioning of projects. Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and uphold a leadership mindset. What We re Looking For: Strong understanding of WordPress and basic web development skills ( PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript ). Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Good-to-have skills: SEO basics, copywriting, and a design-led approach. Past work or portfolio showcasing your experience (this holds more weight than a resume). Self-motivated individual who meets deadlines and works independently. Additional Details: Remuneration: Paid or unpaid, depending on the candidate s profile and experience. Full-Time Conversion: Candidates based in Ahmedabad or flexible to relocate are preferred for future opportunities. Performance metrics such as adherence to deadlines, ability to learn, and ownership of tasks will be key criteria for consideration.
