Information Security Lead

Description We are seeking an experienced Information Security Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and risk management, with at least 6-11 years of relevant experience. This is a leadership role that will require excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team of security professionals. Responsibilities Develop and implement information security policies and procedures Monitor and evaluate security risks and threats, and develop strategies to mitigate them Lead security incident response efforts and coordinate with stakeholders Manage and mentor a team of security professionals Provide security awareness training to employees Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Conduct security audits and assessments Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field At least 6-11 years of experience in information security Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc. Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc. Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in managing and mentoring a team Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc. Experience in conducting security audits and assessments Knowledge of Indian data protection laws and regulations
