Webmethod Developer

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Integration Solution Design : Develop end-to-end integration solutions using webMethods Suite (Integration Server, API Gateway, MWS, WM.IO, AT etc.). Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for integration projects. Project Leadership : Lead and manage a team of developers in delivering high-quality integration solutions. Plan, prioritize, and execute project deliverables while ensuring timelines and quality. Development and Implementation : Design and develop interfaces, workflows, and business processes using webMethods Designer and other components. Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues. Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA teams, to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and IT standards. Documentation and Best Practices : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals. Promote best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest webMethods features and integration technologies. Propose and implement innovative ideas for system enhancements and process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in integration solutions, with at least 5 years working with webMethods Suite . Proficiency in core components: Integration Server , API Gateway , WM.IO, AT , Broker/Universal Messaging , MWS , Trading Networks etc. Strong understanding of SOA, REST, and SOAP-based services. Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills. Preferred: Knowledge on DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for integration solutions. Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle). Certifications in webMethods or related technologies. Familiarity EDI, B2B and SAP BPT knowledge. Familiarity with cloud-based integrations (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.).
