In-House Architect / Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to shape meaningful educational spaces, engaging tile showrooms, and distinctive brand environments. The role combines design thinking with hands-on project coordination and execution. Key Areas of Work. Design buildings and interiors for educational institutions, including schools, colleges and learning environments. Create concepts for tile showrooms and innovative tile-display systems that strengthen product presentation and customer experience. Develop branding-led spaces, signage and visual touchpoints related to tiling and education projects. Prepare space plans, design presentations, working drawings, material palettes, specifications, BOQs and 3D views. Project Management & Coordination. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders from concept through completion. Plan and track project schedules, budgets, approvals, material procurement and execution milestones. Conduct site visits, resolve on-site issues and ensure work is delivered to the approved design, quality and timeline standards. Manage design documentation and maintain clear communication across all project partners. Candidate Profile. Degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design. 2-3 years of relevant experience in institutional, retail, showroom, tile-display or commercial interior projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualisation tools and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, signage, construction detailing and site execution. Organised, proactive and able to balance creative design, practical execution, budgets and deadlines.
