About the role
Role & responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage all project activities from mobilization to project handover. Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and project support teams. Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project schedule. Monitor project progress, productivity, cost, quality, and resource utilization, implementing corrective actions when required. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, vendors, statutory authorities, and internal departments. Review and approve project schedules, manpower deployment, procurement plans, and material requirements. Monitor project budgets, billing, cash flow, subcontractor payments, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, statutory regulations, and company policies. Review project documentation, variation orders, EOT claims, RA Bills, and commercial correspondence. Conduct regular project review meetings and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports. Resolve technical, contractual, commercial, and operational issues affecting project performance. Ensure timely testing, commissioning, snag rectification, project completion, and client handover. Support internal and external audits and maintain complete project documentation. Preferred candidate profile 10+ years in construction/EPC projects with at least 3 years as Project Manager.
