Walk-In Drive Details Date: Saturday, 1 August 2026 Reporting Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Venue: 43EQ SmartWorks, Balewadi, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office Shift: Rotational Shift (Including Night Shift) Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in AIX Infrastructure Operations - Hands-on experience with PowerHA / HACMP - Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Management and CAB Processes - Experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Problem Management & CMDB) Expertise In - Tier-1 Production Support - Incident Management - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - On-Call Production Support - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications - ITIL Foundation Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - IBM AIX Certification Experience With - Disaster Recovery (DR) - APM Tools - Ansible - Regulated environments (SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) .
