Senior Consultant - Data Science

Job Title : Senior Consultant - Data Sciences (Agentic AI & LLM Solutions) Location : Sadar, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type : Full-Time About The Role We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Consultant - Data Sciences with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced AI solution architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI agent systems powered by LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, consulting capability, solution architecture, and leadership skills to drive end-to-end implementation of intelligent AI systems for enterprise use cases. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, tools, and orchestration frameworks. Architect and build : i. Multi-agent AI systems ii. Goal-driven autonomous agents iii. Tool-calling and function-calling workflows iv. Planning and reasoning pipelines v. Stateful AI systems with memory management Design and implement : i. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures ii. Tool-augmented AI workflows iii. Enterprise AI copilots and assistants iv. AI-powered automation solutions Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies for optimizing model performance, reasoning, and response quality. Integrate and manage Large Language Models (LLMs) across enterprise applications and workflows. Build scalable AI workflows using agent frameworks such as : i. LangGraph ii. CrewAI iii. AutoGen iv. Similar orchestration frameworks Work with : i. Vector databases ii. Embeddings iii. Semantic search systems iv. Knowledge retrieval pipelines Own model lifecycle activities including : i. Model integration ii. Evaluation iii. Monitoring iv. Optimization v. Production readiness Ensure AI governance, safety, observability, and responsible AI implementation practices. Collaborate with : i. Data Engineering teams ii. MLOps teams iii. Cloud Engineering teams iv. Product and Business stakeholders Present technical solutions, architecture decisions, and implementation trade-offs to client stakeholders and leadership teams. Mentor and guide Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and junior consultants on : i. Agentic AI design patterns ii. LLM best practices iii. Prompt engineering iv. AI architecture standards Contribute to reusable accelerators, frameworks, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and innovation Skills & Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Python programming. Deep understanding of : i. Machine Learning fundamentals ii. Generative AI concepts iii. Agentic AI architectures iv. Autonomous AI systems Proven experience in : i. Large Language Models (LLMs) ii. Prompt Engineering iii. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) iv. AI orchestration frameworks Expertise in designing : i. Multi-agent workflows ii. Tool/function calling systems iii. Memory and state management iv. Planning and decision-making loops Hands-on experience with : i. LangGraph ii. CrewAI iii. AutoGen iv. Similar Agentic AI frameworks Experience with : i. Vector Databases ii. Embedding models iii. Semantic Search iv. Knowledge retrieval systems Strong understanding of : i. AI deployment ii. Monitoring and observability iii. CI/CD pipelines iv. MLOps practices Preferred Skills Experience in enterprise AI transformation initiatives. Exposure to scalable AI infrastructure and distributed AI systems. Knowledge of modern GenAI evaluation frameworks and benchmarking methodologies. Experience in client-facing consulting Candidate Profile : 8-10 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or related domains. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to lead technical workstreams independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
