Senior Test Lead

As a Strong ETL Test Lead/Architect at R Systems, your role involves ensuring the quality of data warehousing and ETL processes, with a specific focus on SQL/Snowflake expertise and data validation. Responsibilities: - QA experience in data warehousing and ETL testing. - Proven leadership experience in guiding ETL testing teams, mentoring junior members, and driving quality assurance strategy across agile squad. - Strong SQL/Snowflake expertise (SnowSQL, Snowpipe processes, stored procedures). - Hands-on experience validating large datasets, transformations, and data lineage. - Familiarity with data quality frameworks (DBT, Great Expectations, or equivalent). - Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, and JIRA for test management. - Good understanding of healthcare domain data (demographics, encounters, claims) preferred. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to data accuracy. - Strong communication and documentation abilities.
