Job Summary: Flutter is the leading framework for building pixel-perfect, high-performance UIs across any screen. R2 Technologies is seeking a Flutter Engineer to build visually stunning, AI-integrated mobile applications. You will leverage Dart and Flutter's custom rendering engine to create complex, fluid animations and conversational interfaces that bring our enterprise AI agents to life. Utilizing AI coding assistants to accelerate development, you will deliver robust applications that feel native on both iOS and Android from a single codebase.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, build, and deploy high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Design and implement complex, interactive user interfaces and custom animations tailored for conversational AI and agentic workflows.

Actively utilize AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) to generate Dart models, write widget boilerplate, and accelerate the translation of UI designs into functional code.

Integrate cloud-based LLM APIs, enterprise RAG systems, and Edge AI solutions seamlessly into the Flutter frontend.

Manage complex application state (using Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider) to handle real-time streaming data and asynchronous AI responses.

Optimize application performance utilizing Flutter’s Impeller engine to ensure consistent 60/120 FPS rendering, even during heavy graphical loads.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.

• Deep understanding of the Flutter widget tree, custom UI rendering, and complex state management patterns.

• Experience consuming REST APIs, WebSockets, and integrating third-party AI services.

• Proven experience or strong familiarity working alongside AI coding assistants to enhance productivity.

• Excellent eye for design, pixel-perfect implementation, and a passion for creating fluid, engaging user experiences.
