Job Purpose/Summary: 247365: Providing assistance on Wi-Fi and LAN Incidents and requests Globally to Saint-Gobain users Key Responsibilities: Global LAN & Wi-Fi management of Incidents and Requests on Aruba Switches and Aruba Access Points Key Performance Indicators: 247365 Troubleshooting and Diagnosing LAN & Wi-Fi, Resolution of Network Issues to maintain high Network Availability for end users/businesses "Used for 802.1x (port security), authentication services (TACACS). Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) is a network administration product that enables the creation and enforcement of security and access policies for endpoint devices connected to the company's routers and switches" Managing both wireless and wired Cisco devices (firmware updates, config templates etc.) Manage Engine - Network Configuration Manager is a multi-vendor network configuration and change management (NCCM) solution for switches and other network devices.
