Team Leader - Management Information Systems - Data Analytics

Role Overview: You will be leading the MIS (Management Information Systems) team, managing end-to-end MIS reporting, data analysis, process automation, and providing accurate, timely insights for decision-making. Your role will require technical expertise, leadership skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the MIS team, overseeing day-to-day reporting, data management, and analysis. - Design, develop, and deliver accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management and business stakeholders. - Ensure timely and accurate data collation, validation, and dissemination. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights. - Develop and automate reports using tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. - Identify gaps in reporting processes, implement process improvements, and automation. - Provide insights on business performance, highlight trends, and support strategic decision-making. - Train, mentor, and manage MIS team members for high-quality deliverables. - Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in MIS reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar visualization tools. - Understanding of data management, dashboards, and automation. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. - Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting, with at least 2-3 years in a team lead/managerial role. - Experience in handling large datasets and working in a corporate/business environment. - Exposure to process automation and digital transformation initiatives preferred.
