WE ARE HIRING | Quality Analyst | Chennai - Guindy Position: Quality Analyst - Test Engineer Experience: 4 - 7 Years Location: WFO Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Banking / Insurance Role Description: Individual who applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Preferred Skills : Manual & Automation Knowledge Like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, API Testing Using POSTMAN And Performance Testing Using Jmeter And Loadrunner. Educational Qualification : B.E / B. Tech Roles & Responsibilities : Expected to be an SME. Collaborate with the team to perform Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and methodologies, making recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills : Strong understanding of performance testing principles and methodologies. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Ability to analyze and interpret performance test results to provide actionable insights. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
