Excellent troubleshooting skills on MS Windows Desktops/Servers. Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers. Should have knowledge of Activity Directory Fundamentals. Managing user access, Creating bulk user using scripts. Should have knowledge of Monitoring system performance. Responsible for installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers for 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019. PowerShell scripting for administration of environment. Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance. Guide team on technical issue wherever possible. Experience in handling windows OS Support process with patching and update release. Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems. Good to have Microsoft certification. Must Have experience of 2 - 4 years. Good analytical, communication skills and Excellent problem-solving skills. Must have Ability to handle technical queries from service desk team members and guide. Hands-on expertise in Troubleshooting. Strong proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019). Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
