About the role
User maintenance; create and maintain user access per Rackspaces defined profile and security structure. Monitor and respond to the request/support queue. Provide bookings support and bookings data validation to multiple sales, commissions, and reporting teams. Assist with audits, both End of Month audits for sales and commissions as well as SOX and Compliance audits. Collaborate with varies cross functional teams to support, maintain, and test the Program Increment changes. .
