We have open position of Test Lead Workday HR in PAN India Location – Long term C2H with Wipro – 5+ Exp Responsibilities: Lead and manage the testing efforts for Workday HR implementation projects. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Workday HR solutions. Identify and document defects, track their resolution, and ensure timely closure. Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and ensure adherence to best practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts. Coordinate with business teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Manage defect tracking and resolution processes. Guide and support testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
