About the role
Role Overview You will be part of the central Finance Change Delivery team as a Counterpart Classification Programme Business Analyst. Your main focus will be on downstream requirements to support the programme. Your responsibilities will include driving requirements gathering, analysis, and elicitation to facilitate value stream adoption via GCDU and CDP. Key Responsibilities - Analyze downstream requirements and convert them into deliverables for quarterly releases of the production system. - Support programme/project managers by monitoring delivery progress during releases. - Evaluate business requirements, determine their relevance, and define technical requirements accordingly. - Suggest design solutions to ensure the successful delivery of incremental functionalities within the Counterparty Classification programme. - Gain an understanding of existing functionalities and collaborate with stakeholders (Business and IT) to provide functional solution options to the cloud delivery team. - Ensure alignment of designs with the broader objectives and future requirements of the Counterparty Classification programme. - Work on projects under change initiatives, focusing on both BAU and transformational initiatives, particularly those involving data-heavy processes and technical debt. Qualification Required - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a financial services environment. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
