About the role
As a Connected Vehicle System Analyst (Level 3) at our client's company, your role will involve supporting the development and deployment of advanced vehicle connected services. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration, support, and enhancement of connected vehicle solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support the development and launch of new and enhanced vehicle connected services with a focus on long-term supportability. - Utilize at least 5 years of experience in system analysis, with a preference for expertise in IoT or connected vehicle domains. - Understand system integration mechanisms at a high level without the need for coding, emphasizing a solid grasp of ecosystem interactions. - Rapidly learn and map complex product ecosystems, documenting system-to-system interactions. - Create and interpret API specifications, ensuring integration and data flows align with business needs. - Apply basic SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis purposes. - Demonstrate hands-on experience with JSON, XML, and CSV formats for data exchange. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and development teams. - Act as a liaison between business and implementation teams, providing clarifications and ensuring alignment. - Manage multiple projects concurrently, adapting to changing priorities to meet platform timelines. - Participate in design reviews, proactively escalating issues and assessing impacts on technical and business aspects. - Collaborate with technical staff to ensure all changes align with business and technical specifications. - Write operational requirements and define support processes for new products and features. - Map end-to-end system integrations, creating detailed flow diagrams to illustrate data and process flows. - Identify gaps and risks within system processes, escalating concerns to the architect or design team. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong understanding of API specification creation and reading. - Basic SQL skills are required. - Hands-on experience with JSON, XML, and CSV formats. - Ability to quickly learn and document complex ecosystems. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ability to work on multiple projects, balancing priorities and timelines.
