Data Scientist / Web Scraping Engineer We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist / Web Scraping Engineer to work on large-scale data extraction, automation, and intelligent search systems within the healthcare staffing domain. Required Skills: - Strong Python experience - Selenium / Playwright / Scrapy - APIs and web automation - PostgreSQL / MySQL - Basic AI/ML knowledge - Experience handling large datasets Responsibilities - Build and maintain scalable web scraping and automation systems - Develop data extraction and enrichment pipelines from public data sources - Work with large structured and unstructured datasets - Support intelligent search, matching, and recommendation workflows - Improve data quality, normalization, and deduplication processes - Build integrations with APIs and external platforms - Collaborate with product and engineering teams on scalable data infrastructure. - Required Skills - Strong Python development experience - Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Scrapy, or similar frameworks - Experience with APIs, web automation, and browser automation - Robust SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL / MySQL) - Experience processing and managing large datasets - Understanding of data pipelines and ETL workflows - Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and automation systems - Preferred Qualifications - Experience in healthcare, staffing, recruitment tech, or marketplace platforms - Startup or product engineering experience - Experience with search systems, recommendation engines, or AI automation - Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable architectures Nice to Have - Experience with job boards or talent platforms - Knowledge of data deduplication and entity resolution - Exposure to modern AI tooling and automation frameworks This is an opportunity to work on a high-impact platform solving complex data and automation challenges at scale.
